Layered Residence

The residences of the VL8 project are designed to offer privacy while encouraging a deeper understanding of home as an extension of one’s natural habitat. Balconies wrap around the entire perimeter, creating a fluid indoor–outdoor connection enhanced by vegetation along the façades. This relationship with nature invites residents to feel comfortable, healthy and attuned to their surroundings.

The idea of integrating greenery into the architectural design emerged as a way to soften the transition between city and landscape, expanding the perception of continuity. It represents a shift in how architecture is conceived, not as a boundary, but as a living interface between people and place. In VL8, nature becomes part of daily life, shaping a more serene, balanced and meaningful way of inhabiting the city.
